How has your one year been? @ 7:57:00 PM
I always look forward at the New Year. It gives me time to sit back and look at the things that happened the past year, and makes me excited to think about things that will come of the new year. 2010 was literally a rollercoaster. So much had happened causing my emotions to go up and down, and turn loops at fast paces. In 2010, I graduated from high school. I wasn't too scared for college-- I was excited to be moving on. 2010 brought me a lot of heartache. I lost a lot of close friends and lost a lot of people I loved. The start of 2010 was bitter when I lost Butch, my canine brother. Later, in July I lost my Grandma Ardith, and finally in August I lost my second mother Hollie.
I had lost a lot but my promises to my Grandma and Hollie kept on running through my head. With the support of my closest friends I successfully complete a move to Ohio and started college. In college I met a lot of new people and realized more about myself. Thanks to this start of a new world I know how to control my actions and emotions. I also have allowed myself to open up to people more than I ever would have.
Reflection Time!
Sarah: I cannot, and will not ever be able to thank you enough for this year. My first semester in college was amazing. Not only that, I've seen you so much this year. I drove to Ohio in March, and then you came in June and August. I've driven so much and flew across the country. I know I keep on saying it but "THANK YOU" for the most amazing night of my life. I promise that I'll get back to paying you....Believe me! I'm working! For 2011: Let's study hard and make it into OSU. Let's prove everybody wrong. Let's travel to wherever our Idols may end up in this country. Let's work hard to become the greatest sisters ever. Let's hang out at Caribou all the time. (: Let's smile and laugh harder than we ever have. Let's never forget how much we mean to each other, because I know if it wasn't for you, I would have given up on so much. Sarah: 私は姉愛してる！
Elizabeth: How has your year been? It seems weird when I look back and think I've only seen you for half of this year. It's been hard not seeing you as much, and our conversations have dulled a lot. I cannot wait until we can be idiots together! AND we need to hang again. We have a few more episodes of KO3 left now don't we? (amfreeWEDNESDAYandFRIDAY). I've missed you a bunch but somehow I still feel as if we never left each other sides. I'm so proud of you. That sounds awkward doesn't it? But I am! You've opened up a lot this past year and I hope next year is amazing for you (: For 2011: Let's fangirl together tons. Let's Skype more. Let's write billions of letters to each other. Let's hook up at a concert together (you'll have to put up with Sarah). Let's plan a date that will take is to Singapore. Let's make sure we are always smiling. Let's make sure we never lose our friendship (: 我愛你姐姐！
Amanda: We've opened up to each other a lot these past months. I cannot wait for you to enter the world of college. I'm so glad we are going to be roommates (: I'm excited to see how this all works out. I wanted to thank you for being a warm heart and an open set of ears for me. I hope our friendship grows stronger. I wish the best for you in 2011. ALSO! Thank you for the awesome memories in LA, and hopefully we'll be able to do it again. But I do have to say, the world of SJ misses you ;o; For 2011: Let's not back down! Let's try our best this next semester. Let's try to strengthen our friendship. Let's throw loud Kpop parties in our dorm room. Let's invite Sarah as much as we can. Let's get ready for the next step to our dreams. Let's make each other laugh.
For 2011 I hope to:
GET INTO OSU
Create strong bonds and many memories with friends
Remember the good times, forget the bad
See SHINee and Super Junior or SM'Town again
Make plans for study abraod
To use Chinese often
To actually translate something
Cut back on my Caribou Coffee addiction
To remember that only I should be the only one who ever questions my future.
