It really bothers me when fangirls take things seriously. This is Kpop, not high school. So what if an idol says something that you disagree with, it's their opinion. Just like how different opinions fangirls have of idols. I don't understand why Kpop always has to be serious business.

Yeah, I get upset when I hear certain things but I don't take it to heart. Unless an idol I looked up to, came right up to me and told me something that was harmful to myself, I don't care. This also goes for personal tastes that Kpop artists have. If a Kpop artist says "My Ideal Type Is..." I'm not gunna flip and go bonkers because I'm not the idol's ideal type. I'm also not going to attack their ideal type. You can't measure love. And just because you attracted to certain people, doesn't mean when you fall in love it'll be the same way.

Fans who think "I don't like them because they treat the Idols as sex objects" need to calm down. There are times when I look at an Idol and go "Holy crap that's super hot." And to be honest I may be turned on. It all happens to us. Just because it's towards an Idol doesn't mean they are sex objects. Idols are Idols. they get called everything and can be treated crudely no matter what. Fanfictions...Who cares? It's a story that fans read to cure boredom. I love reading well written fanfictions with good plots. I don't care if it's GuyxGuy or GuyxGirl, I enjoy reading it. Just because one writes or says something doesn't mean they mean it. Just because fans think their idols are sexy and say 'i want to do that' doesn't mean they are being treated as sex objects.

I HATE how people always assume if you like one band you don't like another band. Just because a lot of SNSD fans don't like 2NE1 doesn't mean you can't like one or the other because you are in one fandom. A fandom is a place where you can express how much you love the group. It shouldn't be about seeing what group is more popular and what group you can bring down the fastest. I LOVE Super Junior. But what ELF and Cassies did to SNSD was just rude. Just because they don't agree doesn't mean they have to attack. I can't understand why fandoms can't just leave others alone. It bothers me when you say "I don't like ____" people attack them. I also hate people who try to get others to agree with them (example: anti vids).

I love Kpop. I love the music, the entertainment, the Idols, and the shows. The fandoms get tiring, and sometimes I just wanna scream at them. I love my Idols no matter what people say. We all have opinions and because of that Kpop doesn't always need to be serious. Take a seat and enjoy your fandom. Don't worry if someone doesn't think the same way you do, and bite your tongue when you disagree with other peoples opinion. Who cares? Why should opinions hold you back when it's something you enjoy?
